Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing and confident Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team in Isanti, Minnesota. You will also work alongside staff in other locations to provide vacation/high census coverage as needed and participate in a rotation to a short term care facility that we serve. You are outgoing and have a strong interest in community involvement.

Incorporate your treatment style in our team based atmosphere. You will be responsible for performing evaluations and treatment plans in our outpatient setting that will get your patients feeling better, faster.

Responsibilities

• Initiate Physical Therapy treatment plans according to the findings of your initial evaluation.
• Administer and direct Physical Therapy treatment programs.
• Supervise and oversee plans of care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of new programs within the Practice.
• Participate in the formulation and instruction of in-service programs for your Colleagues to enhance your rehabilitation skills.
• Participate in marketing activities in collaboration with our marketing team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current license from the state of Minnesota.
• Recommend affiliation with the American Physical Therapy Association by registration, certification and/or membership.
• Current CPR certification.
